The Biological Rollercoaster

Hey everybody!

This is a quick (albeit a little nerdy!) video I recorded for you, to explain the Biological Rollercoaster: I created The Biological Rollercoaster as a visual explanation of how to count and time contractions. I also use it to demonstrate realistic expectations of not only the birthing process but how breastfeeding might go as well along with how to count and time breastfeeding sessions.
